How To Fill Muffin Cups {in pictures}

I make muffins about once a week and the easiest way I have found to fill a muffin tin is to use an ice cream scoop.  For years I poured the batter into the tin, not always filling each cup equal.  And often leaving behind a mess between cups from spilled batter.  But no more.  Now my muffins come out uniform in size, and no mess on the tin.  I’ve used several different scoops over the years and prefer this one here.  They have a great guarantee  and if it breaks they will send you another, no questions asked.
