Whipped Cream is one of those foods that is good on everything! We love it on top of pancakes, waffles, ice cream, cake, sliced fruit, or simply by the spoonful!
Canned whipped creams found on many store shelves have unwanted ingredients and stabilizers in them, which is completely unnecessary since you can make it at home in minutes. I prefer to use Sweetleaf Stevia as it really is all-natural all the way down to the way they process it. You won’t find exact measurements of stevia in this recipe since all stevia sweeteners have a different level of sweetness depending on how they are made. Start with a small amount and increase to your liking.
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- stevia to taste
- In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Whip on high with a hand or stand mixer until soft peaks form.
